If your community grows beyond your package limits, new registrations will be blocked and we'll contact you to upgrade to a higher package.
In the 11th month of your subscription, we'll contact you to discuss renewal. If you choose to renew, payment is collected and your subscription is extended. If not, the system will be shut down, all user data will be deleted, and the custom domain will be released.
